• Internal Use. We use the information to personalize the user experience, improve our Site, and send periodic emails regarding service updates.

• Non-Government Entity: Gethealthcareplan is a private entity. The Site is not a government website. We are not a federal or state Marketplace.
• Purpose: The Site is a marketing and lead generation platform. Our services include connecting consumers with licensed, third-party agents, brokers, or web-brokers who may offer Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) and other insurance products.

2.2. TCPA Consent and Authorization (CRITICAL)

By submitting your telephone number, you are providing your electronic signature and express written consent to be contacted by Gethealthcareplan, its agents, partners, affiliates, and third-party insurance agents/brokers (collectively, "Partners") via telephone calls, text messages, email, or physical mail, even if you are currently listed on any state or federal Do-Not-Call (DNC) list.

• Consent Scope: This consent applies to both manual and automatic means of communication, including Automated Telephone Dialing Systems (ATDS) , pre-recorded messages, and artificial voice technology.
• Purpose of Contact: You consent to receive communications regarding health insurance quotes, plan options (including Medicare, ACA, and non-ACA plans), enrollment assistance, and other related products and services.
• No Purchase Required: You understand that your consent is not a condition of any purchase or enrollment.
• Revocation: You may revoke this consent at any time, but you must do so in writing via the contact information provided below. For text messages, you can reply "STOP."

2.3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information on any forms submitted on the Site. You understand that the eligibility for subsidies, plan options, and pricing provided by our Partners is based on the information you supply, and inaccurate data may lead to incorrect quotes or failed enrollment.

2.4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

• No Insurance Advice: We are not an insurance provider or a licensed agent/broker. Any information on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance, legal, or financial advice.
• Liability: We are not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, or results of any third-party agent or broker you connect with through this Site. Your final enrollment, policy terms, and claims are solely between you and the insurance carrier/agent.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gethealthcareplan and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your reliance on third-party quotes, or your breach of these Terms, including, but not limited to, any TCPA claims based on your provision of incorrect contact information.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
